I work primarily with teens (12+) and adults. For kids younger than 12, we can evaluate if telehealth is an appropriate therapeutic fit, as online therapy can be tricky for younger kiddos.
My practice includes intensive work with adults of all ages, including supporting emerging adults (20-somethings!), parents and non-parents, as well as individuals through the lifespan, into retirement and on.

I am in-network with the following insurance companies:
Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Cigna, Ascension, Carelon Behavioral Health, Regence BlueShield of Washington
I also accept private pay at $165/50 minute session.
I do offer a small number of sliding scale slots for clients who may need it. Please reach out if you feel you may be in need of this.

I require notification to cancel or change a scheduled appointment at least 48 hours in advance of our appointment time to avoid a full session charge. This allows us to find a time to reschedule if needed, and for appointment times to become available to others.

All sessions are fully remote, via a secure, HIPPA-compliant platform, called Headway. I do not currently offer in-person services.

From a young age, I became aware of the preciousness and vulnerability of people and felt a desire to be in a profession where I could be with connected with others in an honest, intentional, and healing capacity. That desire has been a through-line in my work since the beginning of my career in mental health, and I’ve never looked back! I wholeheartedly believe in human goodness and capacity for change and growth and I feel continually grateful to witness transformation in the therapeutic space.
