Adult Counseling

Many adults approach therapy with a wide variety of intentions, including navigating deep suffering and grief, confronting areas of life that feel stuck or painful, or craving new skills for navigating work, parenting, or relationships.

In the midst of the ongoing pressures of adulthood, it’s common to find ourselves face-to-face with patterns of coping that may no longer serve us or desiring relief from the weight of past experiences or current overwhelm.

My approach integrates:

  • CBT and DBT-informed skills to strengthen emotion regulation

  • Mindfulness practices to quiet overthinking

  • Somatic awareness techniques to support nervous system regulation

Alongside insight and exploration, we focus on building practical tools you can use in daily life — at work, in relationships, and during stressful moments.

As a partner in this exploration, I invite you to welcome in all versions of yourself. Together, we will work to untangle traumatic or difficult experiences, and to understand what may be holding you back from living the life you desire. The particular path we take is always tailored to you; we navigate this work through the lens of your cultural background, personal identity, and unique beliefs about what growth and healing mean to you.

Regardless of what brings you here, therapy offers a space of deep allowing, and permission to show up just as you are.
